Today on my work out plan:
15 minutes on the elliptical, (Working up slowly).
8 pound weights on each arm; 80 reps.
5 minutes on the treadmill.
50 crunches and 50 bicycles on each side.

What I did
12 minuteso on the elliptical,
8 pound weights on each arm: 60 reps
10 pull down bar

What I ate: Cici's buffet

Buffet tips: Dont just get one plate and torchure yourself, but if you're going to get multiple servings portion them down and just be ready to work your ass off the next day!
