Today on my work out plan:
15 minutes on the elliptical, (Working up slowly).
8 pound weights on each arm; 80 reps.
5 minutes on the treadmill.
50 crunches and 50 bicycles on each side.

What I did
12 minuteso on the elliptical,
8 pound weights on each arm: 60 reps
10 pull down bar

What I ate: Cici's buffet

Buffet tips: Dont just get one plate and torchure yourself, but if you're going to get multiple servings portion them down and just be ready to work your ass off the next day!

This summer I want this to be me. I wanna be able to wear a bikini.
I could wear one at this weight but I'd probably make children cry.. LOL.
But really, Bikini's are SO cute, and I've had to miss out on them for my whole life. Even tankini's stink because theyre not as cute.
I definitely thing that there is a different between a cute and a slutty bikini though, These are cute. but I probably couldnt wear them because I have larger girls and there are a lot of bikini's that should not exist for moral and just.. Laws against nature. hahaa :)

What I've eaten:
Breakfast: 1 sunny side up egg and 1 slice of whole wheat toast and one packet of Oatmeal.
Lunch: Tuna salad sandwhich; VERY healthy; Nothing but protein if you use light mayo.
Dinner: Enchilada's with Salad

Exercise: 10 minutes on the Elliptical, 2 minutes on the treadmill, and 40 reps on each arm; 8 lb weights.

Me, My story, and why I want too lose weight.

     Hey ya'll! The names Kayla, but I go by Kayls too. I live in North Carolina and though my city is pretty boring at times I can make it pretty awesome. I make youtube videos, I blog, and I joke around with my mom and friends.  My mom is on Chemotherapy and we've really never been closer. Shes my heart and soul. Speaking of my heart, at the moment it belongs to Zach, My boyfriend. We've been dating 4 months and he's a big ol' teddy bear. But that's not what this blog is about. It's about being healthy.
      Ever since I was about 8 or 9 I've been a little bit bigger than all the other girls. At first I was made fun of because I have boobs.. but ever since I moved to North Carolina I've been bigger than the other girls in general. Food has always been a comfort for me and it made me happy too taste good things.. But lets be honest.. Who isn't happy when they eat good food. But anyways, I Weigh 201 pounds at the moment and I am about 5'2; So obviously I am overweight. I've been between 200 and 210 since the summer. My parents tried to make me lose weight but honestly I didn't want it enough to change myself and my habits. But now, in 2012 I am so tired of not being my full self because I am bigger. I'm  so tired of not being hollered at by boys, and invited to parties, or wearing short shorts and bikini's in my summer. I just want to be healthy. I want to be able to stay in shape. I'm not necessarily trying to be thin, I want to be healthy and feel good about myself.
     So the purpose of this blog.. Too help girls like me who are over weight and want to change; I will be posting what I do in my workouts daily, what I eat, and pictures that keep me inspired.  This blog will also focus on inner beauty  and determination, motivation and what our goals could be. I'm starting an advice series too so if you have a question you want help with please email me at
