What I've eaten:
Breakfast: 1 sunny side up egg and 1 slice of whole wheat toast and one packet of Oatmeal.
Lunch: Tuna salad sandwhich; VERY healthy; Nothing but protein if you use light mayo.
Dinner: Enchilada's with Salad
Exercise: 10 minutes on the Elliptical, 2 minutes on the treadmill, and 40 reps on each arm; 8 lb weights.
